Welcome to Neuropsych Kids
Where Kids Come First!
We are a pediatric neuropsychology clinic whose focus is on the whole child, highlighting their incredible strengths, and helping the world see them too. We work with children, adolescents, and young adults in an effort to make their path easier and allow them to define their own successes. What makes our clinic so different is the personalized care we offer, working with only one family a week so our entire focus is on you and helping your child become their best selves! It is our hope that our work together will clarify next steps by providing a comprehensive understanding of your child's presentation, as well as referrals and recommendations for you and their school to help them thrive.
Dr. Jen Aronowitz
Dr. Jen Aronowitz is a licensed pediatric neuropsychologist who specializes in the treatment and support of children, adolescents, and young adults with neurodiversities that are getting in the way of their progress. She has worked in local hospitals, with a focus on epilepsy and traumatic brain injury and has been fortunate to be part of multidisciplinary treatment teams in various inpatient and outpatient settings. She has long provided comprehensive evaluations to assess for developmental differences such as ADHD, autism, and specific learning disorders, and understands the important impact of anxiety, depression, behavior, and socialization on their presentation.
She has been in private practice for over twenty years where she aims to understand the whole child, through information from parents, teachers, clinicians, and most importantly, the time she gets to spend with them, learning about their perspectives, interests, and what brings them joy. She provides helpful summaries and uses research to help parents better understand her conclusions and offers extensive referrals and recommendations to help kids thrive. Finally, her most important education has come from parenting her two boys, who provide constant reminders that she always has more to learn.
